03/02 Lab Meeting- 小夏

No SFN signal in TW01TetEREV#27 cells may be due to GFP antibody-blocking. (Sorry didn’t think of it, I’ll check the probability)

    有一個問題要問你們, sperm DNA是去掉什麼樣的non-specific binding?是Ab和chromatin間嗎?Ab和chromatin是藉由Ab-Ag之結合,和一般protien Co-IP很像，沒聽說過要用sperm DNA去掉non-specific binding呀?
