    更正一下，FGF共有22個，其中FGF15=FGF19, 所以FGF1–FGF23在Entrez Gene上都找得到。

    FGFR3有808個amino acids,unmodified 的polypeptide約為98 kDa. 進ER/Golgi時開始被glycosylation, 這時漸漸成為125kDa的preursor. Precursor有一個特性就是sensitive to Endo H (有興趣的人自己wiki一下)。之後慢慢被推到cell surface時形成完全mature form的135kDa. 這時就不再受Endo H管控了.
